Martin has served as the FT’s Chief Economics Commentator since 1996 and previously worked as a senior economist at the World Bank. He was awarded a CBE in 2000 for services to financial journalism. His distinguished career brings a wealth of perspective on the global economy and the forces shaping financial markets.
