OFFICERS

President 
Nick Kummer, CFA, CAIA, CIMA, is a member of the intermediary services group at Artisan Partners with responsibility for third-party relationships with institutions and financial professionals that offer Artisan Funds in the Midwest region.  Nick is responsible for new business development, provides investment updates to existing clients as well as facilitates investment team interaction. Prior to joining Artisan Partners in February 2010, Mr. Kummer was a client service manager, financial consultant and internal wholesaler at Wells Fargo Funds Management. Before that, he was a client service manager at Strong Capital Management.

Mr. Kummer holds a bachelor's degree in finance, information technology and international business from Marquette University and a master's degree in business administration from Marquette University.  He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2016, his Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst designation in 2014, and his Certified Investment Management Analyst certification in 2013.

Vice President - President Elect
William (Bill) Reineking, CFA is a Senior Financial Risk Manager with Molson Coors where he leads the Financial Risk Management team and contributes to capital market activities related to interest rates, currencies, commodities, and net investment hedging. He is also a member of the Molson Coors Pension Investment Subcommittee. Bill has worked at Molson Coors for 10 years in progressive corporate finance roles. Bill earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2019. He has also volunteered as an Industry Mentor for the CFA Institute Research Challenge. Bill is currently earning his MBA from Marquette University. Outside of work, Bill is passionate about improving the community and is an avid hiker.

Vice President- Programming 
Alice Ambrowiak, CFA, CPA is a Senior Vice President at Robert W. Baird. She has 19 years of experience focusing on mutual funds and separately managed accounts. Her responsibilities include research and analysis in the mortgage and asset-backed sectors. Alice obtained her undergraduate degree in Accounting and French and Master of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She earned the Certified Public Accountant designation in 2003 and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2017. Alice is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Milwaukee. Prior to joining Baird Advisors, she worked at Strong Capital Management holding various roles in Corporate Finance and began her career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen.​

Treasurer/Secretary
Michael Harris, CFA, CFP is an Assistant Director on Northwestern Mutual's Distribution Performance team where he analyzes the sales results of the company's distribution system and assists local leaders with the recruitment and development of financial representatives. In addition, Michael works with NM's field leaders regarding change management related to the company's strategic initiatives and industry regulations. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Michael worked as an Associate within Duff & Phelps' Valuation Advisory Services group, held several corporate finance roles, and played professional golf for 9 years, qualifying for two U.S Opens. 

Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and received a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Cor​porate Finance and Investment Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2016 and the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation. 


BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

Kevin Chiappetta, CFA is a Senior Vice President of Investment Services at Corporate Central Credit Union and President of the wholly owned Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), QuantyPhi, LLC. Kevin assists client credit unions with balance sheet risk optimization process with thorough understanding of balance sheet risk modeling, forecasting and improvement of investment portfolio decision making process. Prior to founding QuantyPhi, Kevin provided balance sheet consulting for financial institutions nationwide as Senior Vice President at FIMAC Solutions. Kevin also spent 11 years at Balance Sheet Solutions, LLC as Executive Director providing investment advisory and asset liability management services to credit unions.   ​

Kevin graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting, received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1995 and is an active member and volunteer of the CFA Institute and a member the CFA Society Milwaukee.

Colleen Costello, CFA is a portfolio specialist for the Plus Fixed Income team at Allspring Global Investments. In this role, she serves as an investment contact, and works closely with portfolio managers, clients as well as sales team members.  She joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Prior to her current role, she served as an investment associate with the Global Credit Research and Multi Sector Plus team conducting product and performance analysis. Earlier roles include working for WFAM as an associate regional consultant and conducting fixed income research for Cleary Gull Advisors. Colleen graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance from Southern Methodist University in 2014 and earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation in 2021.

Jacob Gelfand, CFA As a seasoned investment professional, he has been responsible and integrally involved in the macro and quantitative aspects of the portfolio construction, management, and asset allocation, and have made significant contributions to a strong investment performance. Jacob has repeatedly demonstrated effective leadership skills, successfully managing teams of finance, investment and technology professionals, and implementing large-scale projects. 
Ryan Hamilton works as a portfolio manager and research analyst at Morgan Dempsey. Previously, Ryan was a Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst, and trader with Voit & Hamilton, LLC. He joined Morgan Dempsey with over 10 years of experience in securities analysis, portfolio management, and trading. Ryan is a CFA Level II candidate, a former United States Marine, a combat veteran, and an Eagle Scout. He also has taught and tutored advanced financial topics at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Ryan's primary role at Morgan Dempsey is as a Portfolio Manager on the Micro Cap strategy along with and Large Cap Value strategy.

Kristin Holzhauer, CFA is Senior Director, ESG, the first hire in Northwestern Mutual's new ESG department. She is responsible for shaping and driving the implementation of enterprise ESG strategy, building out new ESG frameworks, measurement, and risk management tools, and amplifying the company's distinctive ESG story. Previously, Kristin was a Director on the Investment Grade Corporate Credit team within Public Investments, where she was responsible for over $7 billion of General Account investments across eight sectors. In this role, Kristin was closely involved with developing Northwestern Mutual's first ESG investment policy statement, and developing and implementing technology solutions for ESG data monitoring and tracking within Public Investments and Northwestern Mutual Capital. She has sat on the Investment Committee of Cream City Venture Capital since 2017.

Kristin received a B.S. in Applied Investment Management/Finance and Economics from Marquette University in May, 2011, and completed her MBA at Marquette in 2014. She has been a CFA Charterholder since 2014 and in 2021 completed her CFA Level 4 certification in ESG investing.

Actively involved in the community, Kristin is a member of the Penfield Children's Center's Future Leaders Alliance, Marquette University's AIM Advisory Board, and participates in various mentorship programs at the collegiate and high-school levels. In her free time she enjoys travel, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family on Okauchee Lake.

Kevin Jaklin, CFA - Kevin Jaklin, CFA Is a Lecturer and Manager of the Willie D. Davis Finance and Investment Lab for the Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.  As manager of the Investment lab his is responsible for actionizing a high impact, applied learning experience through coursework, student competitions, developing the Student Managed Investment Fund, and developing Financial Literacy Programs in partnership with the school's Personal Financial Planning program.

Prior experience includes over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry which includes a strong background in the research and analysis of individual securities, mutual funds, investment managers, and exchange traded funds. 

Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Masters of Business Administration (1995) and Bachelors of Business Administration (1985).

Eric Nohelty, CFA, is a Senior Investment Analyst at Marshall Street Capital.  He is responsible for asset allocation, portfolio construction, and investment manager due diligence for the firm's diversified multi asset class investment portfolio.  Prior to joining Marshall Street in 2016, Eric spent 6 years as a research analyst and consultant at Alpha Investment Consulting Group.​  Eric graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with degrees in Finance and Economics and received the CFA charter in 2014.    ​

Kathleen Walters, CFA is a senior managing consultant, rejoined PFM Asset Management LLC in 2015 to work with Wisconsin multi-asset class and fixed income clients from the Milwaukee office. She also supports PFM’s higher education, healthcare sectors and municipalities across the Midwest. Kathleen initially joined PFM in 2009 as an analyst and worked with the Midwest practice until 2013. She briefly worked at DiMeo Schneider where she was the lead fixed income research analyst on its research team. In that role, she was responsible for monitoring and recommending investment strategies across fixed income styles. Her role and responsibilities included ongoing manager due diligence including in-person meetings, conference calls, and onsite visits as well as other investment research. Kathleen graduated from Yale University in 2009 with a degree in economics.

Nick Ziarek, CFA, CFP, AIF is Financial Planner at Shakespeare Wealth Management based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. In addition to working closely with his high net worth clients to define meaningful financial success and achieve their goals through comprehensive financial planning, Nick leads the firm’s Investment Committee, oversees construction of client portfolios and provides support to the trading operations. Prior to joining Shakespeare in 2018, he worked in various roles including fixed income trading, hedge fund and private equity research and financial planning. Nick received his B.S. in Finance from UW-La Crosse in 2003 and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2006. He previously volunteered as a grader for the CFA Institute Research Challenge, currently serves on the board of the UW-La Crosse Spellman Fund and is the Partnership Chair and President for the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Wisconsin chapter.
