Women in Finance: Business Breakfast 4Women
At CFA Society Czech Republic, we believe that diverse perspectives lead to better decisions, stronger organizations, and more resilient capital markets. Supporting women in finance, investing, entrepreneurship, and leadership is therefore one of our long-term priorities.
As part of this commitment, in collaboration with CzechInvest we hosted the Business Breakfast 4Women: Diverzifikace růstu, a networking breakfast that brought together leaders from the investment, startup, and innovation ecosystem to discuss how diversity contributes to sustainable growth.

The discussion explored investment diversification in uncertain times, public support for business growth, capital markets, diversity in decision-making, women founders as drivers of innovation, and the future of leadership. The event concluded with an open networking session, creating new connections across finance, entrepreneurship, and the innovation ecosystem.
