Program Highlights

1. Building on OECD Insights
The OECD Corporate Governance Round Table is renowned for its rich insights and global perspective on corporate governance. By referring to the "productive discussion" from this platform, we acknowledge that valuable insights have already been generated. We now seek to expand on these insights.

2. Collective Discussion
The event aims to bring together experts, professionals, and stakeholders from various sectors and backgrounds to collectively engage in discussions. This collective approach allows for a broader spectrum of ideas and experiences, enriching the discourse.

3. Focus on Corporate Disclosure
Corporate disclosure is at the heart of transparency and accountability in corporate practices. In the context of sustainability, it becomes even more crucial. We intend to concentrate our discussions on the various facets of corporate disclosure, including what's working well, what needs improvement, and how it can be enhanced.

4. Regional Perspective
Asia is a diverse region with unique economic, regulatory, and environmental challenges. It's important to address the specific nuances and challenges that Asian businesses and markets face regarding corporate disclosure in the context of sustainability.

5. Current Sustainability Discussions
Sustainability discussions have been evolving rapidly, and one of the prominent developments is the emergence of organizations like ISSB, which play a pivotal role in setting international sustainability reporting standards. We want to explore how these developments are influencing corporate disclosure practices in Asia and what this means for businesses in the region.
