Youth Ambassadors Program

Shaping the Next Generation of Investment Leaders

The Youth Ambassadors Program (YAP) is an initiative by CFA Society Malaysia, supported by CFA Institute, designed to empower passionate student leaders who are interested in the investment and finance industry. Bringing together talented students from universities across Malaysia, the program serves as a platform for youth engagement, leadership development, and meaningful industry exposure.

As the Voice of Youth, Youth Ambassadors play an important role in bridging the gap between students and the investment profession. Throughout their term, ambassadors collaborate with CFA Society Malaysia to promote financial literacy, support youth-focused initiatives, and create opportunities for students to connect with industry professionals and peers. The program also provides valuable exposure through networking opportunities, professional development activities, webinars, and participation in Society events.

Meet the YAP 2026 Cohort

We are proud to introduce the Youth Ambassadors Program (YAP) 2026 cohort, a team of passionate and driven student leaders representing universities across Malaysia. These ambassadors, fondly known as “Yappies,” will serve from January to December 2026 as advocates for youth voices and catalysts for greater student engagement within the investment community.

Over the coming year, the YAP 2026 cohort will contribute fresh perspectives, champion youth initiatives, and help foster stronger connections between students and the investment industry. Through their leadership and enthusiasm, they aim to inspire their peers while building a more informed and connected future generation of finance professionals.
