Bobby Lee Chia Yih, CFA, is a seasoned investment risk management professional with over a decade of expertise across Malaysia's financial sector. As President of CFA Society Malaysia, Bobby leads the Society in advancing ethical standards, professional excellence, and thought leadership within the investment community.

With extensive experience in the financial sector, including senior roles at Bank Islam, AmBank Group, and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Bobby currently holds the position of Head of Investment Risk at PERKESO.

Bobby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Multimedia University. He has earned the CFA Charter alongside professional certifications including Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Prior to assuming the presidency, Bobby served as Director of Candidate Engagement on the Board of Directors at CFA Society Malaysia, where he championed initiatives to support CFA candidates and foster the next generation of investment professionals. Beyond his financial career, Bobby is also a dedicated life and financial coach.

Lexi Lee Ly See, CFA, is a dynamic investment professional currently leading business development for a Singapore-domiciled systematic trend-following CTA hedge fund. As Vice President of CFA Society Malaysia, Lexi brings her extensive expertise in investor relations and commitment to member engagement to advance the Society's mission.

With a strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific investor landscape, Lexi has built a robust network across family offices, funds of hedge funds, and institutional clients. Her career spans roles as Investment Specialist at OCBC Bank and Industry Analyst at CFRA Research, focusing on multiple sectors across the US and Europe.

Lexi's dedication to CFA Society Malaysia spans over five years of active volunteering. She previously served as Director for Member Relations (2021-2023) and Honorary Secretary (2023-2025), where she spearheaded innovative corporate partnership programs delivering exclusive benefits to Society members, including wellness programs, premium subscriptions, fleet discounts, and hotel perks.

Lexi holds a Bachelor of Finance and Investment with Honours from TARUC. Beyond her CFA Charter, she holds certifications in ESG Investing, CFP, AFM, and IPCC, and was a winner of the 2021 Bloomberg BQuant Hackathon.

Wong Chi Xiang, CFA, serves as the Honorary Secretary of CFA Society Malaysia, bringing his extensive experience in policy advocacy, regulatory relations, and corporate governance to support the Society's governance and strategic initiatives.

Chi Xiang has led and supported market research, policy engagement, stakeholder outreach, technical assistance, and capacity building initiatives for think tanks, research institutes, and multilateral development banks across Asia-Pacific. His expertise spans both public and private sector perspectives on capital markets development and investment management.

He previously supported sustainable finance and capital market policy initiatives nationally and internationally during his tenure at the Securities Commission Malaysia – including supporting regional and cross-jurisdictional financial market development. Prior to that, he worked with a Malaysian pension fund, covering fixed income research and strategic asset allocation, and performance attribution and monitoring.

Before assuming his current role, Chi Xiang served as Director of Advocacy and Regulatory Relations at CFA Society Malaysia, where he led efforts to enhance public awareness and recognition of the Society while maintaining strategic relationships with regulatory authorities and professional organizations within the capital market industry and investment community.

Jeff Tan, CFA, serves as Honorary Treasurer of CFA Society Malaysia for the 2025-2027 term, bringing his extensive corporate finance and financial modeling expertise to oversee the Society's financial governance and strategic planning.

Jeff is the Country Manager (Malaysia) at Sadella Advisory, a Hong Kong-based corporate finance advisory firm specializing in cross-border M&A transactions across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe with a strong focus in Southeast Asia. He leads deal origination and execution efforts in Malaysia and the region. Previously, he served as a Corporate Finance Consultant with experience in business valuations, financial due diligence, financial modeling, independent advisory, and business strategy projects.

Throughout his career, Jeff has been involved in over 100 projects and transactions across various sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Finance with Honours from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Jeff has been an active volunteer with CFA Society Malaysia since 2018, contributing to various initiatives for developing future finance professionals.

With over 30 years of distinguished experience spanning data science, financial modeling, capital markets law and regulations, David Meow, CFA, leads CFA Society Malaysia's advocacy and regulatory relations efforts, leveraging his deep expertise to strengthen the Society's engagement with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders.

David is co-founder and director of FIRIX Consulting Plt and Via Commerce Sdn Bhd, through which he provides consultancy and training services to major governmental regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and corporations across Southeast Asia. His prestigious clientele includes the Securities Commission of Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, Khazanah Nasional Berhad, KWSP, and leading financial institutions such as Maybank, CIMB, and RHB.

His outstanding career spans consulting, financial risk management, financial reporting, securities valuation, and corporate training. David has served as a panel trainer for institutions including the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB), ACCA Malaysia, and CPA Australia, delivering programs on financial modeling, valuation methodologies, portfolio management, capital markets regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.

David has conducted training across Malaysia, Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Phnom Penh, and Brunei, demonstrating his regional influence and expertise.

Dominic currently serves as Group Vice President, Commercial at YTL Power International Bhd, overseeing business development, new projects, and investments including mergers and acquisitions, asset management, and greenfield project development. He also serves as Director and Board Member for several subsidiaries under the YTL Group of Companies.

Prior to his commercial role, Dominic was a Senior Project Engineer at YTL PowerSeraya Pte Limited (Singapore), involved in the development, construction, and commissioning of a co-generation combined cycle power plant.

Dominic graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional and was awarded the Chancellor Award (Valedictorian) and the Frederic Barnes Waldron Award from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, United Kingdom. He is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng).

Before assuming his current director role, Dominic served as Director of Employer and Strategic Relations for CFA Society Malaysia (2023-2025), demonstrating his long-standing commitment to bridging industry and the investment profession.

Fabian is currently the Executive Director at Noesis Exed, where he specializes in delivering preparatory courses for major financial certifications, including the CFA Program, and conducting specialized corporate training. Dr. Siti is a faculty member at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), where she teaches quantitative subjects including Stochastic Process for Actuarial Science and Microeconomics. He is the Managing Director and Principal Trainer of Ogos Learning, which specializes in financial industry education. Prior to founding Ogos Learning, Jin Yoong led structured products development in AmBank's Global Markets division and was a fixed income dealer at OSK Investment Bank.

Jin Yoong has volunteered with CFA Society Malaysia since 2013 and has held several Board roles, including Director for University Relations and the local CFA Institute Research Challenge, Honorary Secretary, and Honorary Treasurer. He was elected President in 2021 and served in the role until 2025.

He is also involved in curriculum development with the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) and has authored and co-authored finance textbooks with AICB and Oxford Fajar. Wai Hong has experience across risk management, financial analysis, investment accounting, and banking technology. He previously served as Assistant Finance Manager for a diversified financial and automotive holdings group, Investment Accounting Specialist for the global shared services division of a multinational insurer, Business Analyst for a banking technology provider, and Market Risk Executive at a regional investment bank.

He is Co-Founder of Tsuin AI, where he is building AI Twins, persistent systems designed to capture and scale engineering logic. His work focuses on translating complex technical reasoning into durable institutional knowledge.

Previously, Michel co-founded Newell Road, an AI market intelligence startup backed by Antler. Over the past decade, he has founded multiple startups and led early-stage companies through product development, iteration, and market validation. He also served as CFO at a hospitality startup, supporting financial strategy and operational discipline during its build phase.

Earlier in his career, Michel built a foundation in investment banking and corporate roles, with experience at Integrae SIM, Allianz, Lazada, and the European Commission. He holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in Business from Bocconi University and is a CFA charterholder.
