This 60-minute workshop will empower you to confidently negotiate for the compensation you deserve. Led by Jillian Climie, Co-Founder of The Thoughtful Co, it will teach you how compensation decisions are made within companies and what you should be thinking about before you enter a negotiation. We leave time for group discussion and Q&A to ensure all your questions are answered. Jillian has spent her career in executive compensation, most recently leading the equity compensation and executive compensation teams at Lululemon. Key takeaways from this workshop include:
