CFA TEXAS ADVOCACY DAY - APRIL 26, 2023

Attended by charterholders,  compliance professionals, RIAs and broker dealers, CFA Texas Advocacy Day included a morning session including interviews with CFA Institute's CEO Margaret Franklin, CFA, Tan Parker, Texas Senator and key regulators from the SEC, TSSB and FINRA.  After a luncheon at the University of Texas, the afternoon session for charterholders included visits to legislators and their staff explaining the mission of CFA Institute, the CFA Program and the emphasis on ethics and excellence.  The day ended with a Happy Hour at the historic State Capital.

2023 - CFA TEXAS ANNUAL INVESTOR SUMMIT

 2023 Texas Investor Summit was held at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX November 9th and 10th.  On the evening of November 9, attendees were invited to network, reconnect and socialize with fellow members, candidates and guests at a Happy Hour event.  On November 10th, attendees were invited to hear programs from distinguished speakers highlighted in the Banner above discuss the Economy, Equity Opportunities, Scenarios for the Financial Markets, Navigating the 7 Cs, Energy Markets and Real Estate.
