The CFA Society Atlantic Canada Annual Forecast Dinner will be held on May 19, 2026, at the Halifax Convention Centre .

We are pleased to welcome Joseph Tanious , Chief Investment Strategist of Northern Trust Asset Management , as this year’s keynote speaker. In his role overseeing multi-asset investment strategy, Mr. Tanious translates global macroeconomic developments into portfolio positioning decisions across asset classes. His remarks will focus on the key economic forces shaping markets in 2026 and the implications for asset allocation and risk management.
The program will also feature the presentation of the Terry Milne Volunteer Award, the My One Stock Award, and the Forecaster of the Year Award, recognizing excellence and leadership within our community.
