Annual Golf Outing - Polk City

Join us for a day on the golf course! Members and non-members of all skill levels are welcome.
 
Registration fee: $45 per member; $65 per non-member
 
Registration includes 18 holes with a cart, range balls, breakfast items to take on the course, drink tickets, a post-golf lunch reception, and prizes. Players should supply their own golf clubs.
 
During the registration process, there will be a space to provide pairing requests (if any). Otherwise, we will do our best to balance the skill levels on each team and group together individuals that otherwise may not have the opportunity to socialize with each other. During registration, you will be asked for your usual score based on 18 holes. We will use this information to create pairings.
 
Last day to register is June 13.
