Entering its 3rd year and running from March – June 2023, CFA Society Malaysia Future Leaders Mentoring Program 2023 is officially launched.
About this Program
The Program aims to connect and pair high-performing individuals (mentors) with young professionals and students (mentees) to advance in their careers.
This 3-month program connects high-performing individuals (mentors) with young professionals and students (mentees) to help advance their careers and grow their professional skills. Each mentor-mentee pair is encouraged to meet at least twice a month, and mentors with relevant experience and background will be matched with mentees who share similar goals.

In addition to being paired with a mentor, mentees will also have the opportunity to reach out to other mentors for guidance and support. This means that mentees will have a wealth of knowledge and experience at their disposal, allowing them to grow and develop their skills even further.
Through this program, mentors are able to transfer skills and experiences to mentees and act as a role model and will have the opportunity to engage and give back to their professional community as well as shape the future generation of business leaders, while also enhancing your own skills. Mentees are able to learn from industry experts, develop new skills, build a larger network, achieve career aspirations, and have an example to look up to throughout this program.
