Gina Martin Adams, CFA, CMT, is the Global Head of Portfolio Strategy and Chief Equity Strategist for Bloomberg Intelligence, a unique research platform that provides context on markets, industries, companies, and government policy, available on the Bloomberg Professional Service at BI <GO>. 

Gina provides top-down perspective on the equity market, sectors and industries with a multi-disciplined approach that utilizes fundamental, quantitative and technical analysis. She frequently presents her views at industry conferences, professional associations and investment organizations, and has been recognized for portfolio strategy, technical strategy and economics in Institutional Investors' All-America Research survey.

Prior to joining Bloomberg, she was the head of U.S. Equity Strategy for Wells Fargo Securities, where she provided analysis and investment allocation recommendations for Wells Fargo Securities' institutional clients. Previously, she was an economist for Wachovia Bank, and an investment strategy analyst for Evergreen Asset Management. 

Mrs. Adams has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Market Technician designations, is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of New York, and is on the Board of Directors for the CMT Association. She is also a member of the Financial Women's Association and 100 Women in Finance. She serves on the Business Advisory Council for the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and a member of the Advisory Board for Emory University’s Master of Analytical Finance Program.

Erik Knutzen, CFA, CAIA

Erik L. Knutzen, CFA, CAIA and Managing Director, is Co-Head of the Neuberger Berman Quantitative and Multi-Asset Class investment team and Multi-Asset
Class Chief Investment Officer. Erik joined in 2014 and is responsible for leading the management of multi-asset portfolios, driving the asset allocation process on a
firm-wide level, as well as engaging with clients on strategic partnerships and multi-asset class and quantitative solutions. Previously, Erik was with NEPC, LLC
where he served as Chief Investment Officer since 2008. As CIO, he oversaw a group of more than 45 investment professionals, including dedicated research teams
focused on Alternative Investments, Traditional Strategies and Asset Allocation for NEPC’s client base with, collectively, more than $800 billion in assets under
advisement. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including nine years at Putnam Investments.

Erik holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Williams College. He has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, as well as the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations. Erik is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Investing, is on the Investment Committee of the Massachusetts Audubon Society, and
on the Board of Directors of the charity Start Small Think Big.

Mark McMeans is CEO of Brasada Capital Management, a Registered Investment Advisor located in Houston, Texas that he co-founded in 2008.  At Brasada, Mark is the lead manager on the firm’s US Equity strategy and is an advisor to some amazing and successful families.  Prior to founding Brasada, Mark worked for sixteen years at AIM Investments (now Invesco), which was named the top performing mutual fund company of the 1990’s by Barron’s, as Director of Equity Investments and Managing Director, AIM Capital Management, and President and Chief Operating Officer, AIM Private Asset Management, Inc. He also served as a Global Partner of AIM’s parent company, Invesco. Prior to working at AIM, Mark held positions at JP Morgan Chase and KPMG, LLC.

Mark received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, where he currently serves on the Advisory Board for the MBA Investment Fund, LLC. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in finance, from Rice University in Houston, TX, where he serves on the Oversight Board of the M.A. Wright student-managed fund, Jones Graduate School of Business.

A life-long student of the markets, Mark is a CFA charter holder and is a former board member of the CFA Society of Houston.  He is an Investment Advisory Board member of MBR Financial in Houston and Chairs the Endowment Fund Committee of Christ Church in Sugar Land, Texas.
