Alejandro Capetillo Co Founder and Partner Agile Growth Partners
Alejandro Capetillo is a co-founder and Partner of Agile Growth Equity, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market B2B companies. Prior to founding Agile Growth Equity, Alejandro served as a Managing Director in Main Street Capital Corporation's lower middle market team. His responsibilities included the origination of new debt and equity investments, as well as portfolio company management, monitoring, and oversight.
Lilly Cullen Vice President, Business Development Sterling Group
Lilly Cullen joined Sterling in 2022. Prior to Sterling, she spent ten years in commercial banking, most recently with Truist Bank as a Middle Market Banker advising clients on their capital formation needs. Lilly is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the Terry College of Business.
Vik Kalra Platform Partners
Vik Kalra joined Platform in 2014 and serves as an Executive Vice President. At Platform, Vik leads the firm’s business development efforts. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Alliance Strategies, ALM First and July Business Services and is involved with NextEdge Networks, ShiftKey and Evette Staffing. Vik previously worked as a Vice President for Parallel Investment Partners, a middle market private equity firm in Dallas. At Parallel, Vik was involved in sourcing, evaluating, structuring, managing and exiting several private equity investments. Prior to joining Parallel, Vik worked for the private equity firm, Pacesetter Capital Group, after starting his career at Bain & Company.
Vik graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Texas with a BA in the Plan II Honors Program and a BBA from the Canfield Business Honors Program. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Toigo Fellow. Outside of work, Vik serves on the Advisory Board for UT’s Canfield Business Honors Program, serves on the Investment Committee for the Memorial Hermann Health System and is on the board of the Harvard Business School Club of Houston. He also serves on the board of EMERGE, whose mission is to empower and prepare high-performing students from Houston’s underserved communities to attend and graduate from selective colleges and universities across the nation.
Gina Luna Managing Partner Genesis Park LP
Gina Luna is a seasoned business leader, investor, and civic advocate with extensive experience in finance, strategic advisory, and corporate governance. She is Managing Partner at Genesis Park LP and a Founding Partner of GP Capital Partners, a platform of private credit and equity funds focused on lower middle-market companies. Gina serves on the Management and Investment Committees at Genesis Park.
She currently sits on the boards of Roku, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROKU), where she serves on the Audit Committee. Additionally, she is a director for Houston Trust Company, Complete Intelligence, and several Genesis Park portfolio companies.
In 2016, Gina founded Luna Strategies, advising CEOs and boards on complex strategic issues and growth initiatives. Previously, she spent 22 years at JPMorgan Chase, where she held senior executive roles including Chairman of the Houston Market and Managing Director of Chase Commercial Banking, overseeing a $150M+ revenue business and leading teams across marketing, risk management, and strategic planning.

Jessica Seff, CFA is a Director of M&A at Statesman , a middle-market investment bank. She has 20 years of experience and is currently the President of CFA Society of Houston. She is the Past President of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston, holds her B.B.A. from Vanderbilt University, and a M.S. from the London School of Economics. She loves art and lives in Rice Village with her husband, two daughters, their dog Yogi, and four chickens.
