May 19, 06:00 PM - 10:00 PM (CET)
We are pleased to invite you to an upcoming joint event hosted by the CFA Society of Luxembourg, EFPA, and CAIA Luxembourg, focusing on Luxembourg’s competitiveness as a global hub for funds, financial services, and asset management.
Two years ago, we convened a similar discussion centered on the role of innovation in maintaining Luxembourg’s leadership in an increasingly competitive global landscape. Today, the industry stands at a critical juncture. Competition from neighboring financial centers is intensifying, while geopolitical turbulence continues to impact business stability and continuity. At the same time, a global technology race is underway, with the US, Asia, and Europe all vying for strategic positioning. In this environment, innovation is no longer optional. It is essential.
This session will revisit our earlier discussion, taking stock of how Luxembourg has progressed over the past two years. Together, we will explore where we stand today, assess whether we are on the right trajectory, and challenge ourselves to consider whether we have what it takes to succeed and carve out a strong, differentiated position within the European Union for long-term success.
We are especially pleased to welcome back Nasir Zubairi , CEO of LHoFT, who will return as keynote speaker to reflect on the changes and developments since our last discussion. This will be followed by a panel discussion featuring leading voices from across the industry.
