Corporate Finance Manager

FTI Consulting Philippines, Inc. is a corporate finance advisory firm that is an affiliate of FTI Consulting, Inc. (FCN: New York). Advising clients since 2006, we provide lead M&A advisory, valuations, fairness opinions, financial model preparation and model reviews, financial due diligence, infrastructure advisory, corporate restructuring and funds advisory.

The firm is the first Professional Services Organization (PSO) accredited by the SEC to value shares of stock and intangible assets. FTI is also accredited by the PSE to value listed companies and provide fairness opinions.

FTI Consulting Philippines’ clients include local conglomerates, international investors, and family-owned corporations.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise corporate finance/transaction advisory engagements which may include among others: Merger & Acquisitions, Valuations, Fairness Opinions, Financial Modeling and Model Reviews, Restructuring/Rehabilitation, Financial Due Diligence, Fund Raising, and Business Plan/Information Memorandum Preparation.

  • Prepare pitches, proposals and engagement letters for the firm’s project development initiatives

  • Assist in the marketing initiatives of the firm

  • Manage engagement teams, delegate tasks, review deliverables and ensure the deliverables are in line with the scope of work

  • Assist in mentoring and training the staff

  • Monitor the team’s time charges and ensure efficiency and profitability of the projects

  • Review the performance of the staff annually through the firm’s performance appraisal system

  • Liaise, meet, and present findings to clients, as required

REQUIREMENTS:

    • Corporate Finance professionals with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience

    • Preferably CPA and with CFA accreditation or taking up CFA exams

    • Work experience in valuations is a plus

    • Strong project and management skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to lead a team

    • Positive attitude and congenial personality
