Artificial intelligence (AI) is a tool. Like any tool, its usefulness depends on your ability to use it. And if you are using AI chatbots in your work, using it means knowing how to create prompts. Presented by: Winston Chang Senior Writer Capital Group Winston is a marketer at Capital Group with a focus on AI. Internally, he works cross-functionally to support Capital Group’s own enterprise adoption of AI, and externally, he creates content for and consults with clients to guide them on AI implementation in their own practices. Prior to joining Capital in 2024, Winston spent six years as a consultant with advertising, marketing and communications agencies. His clients included venture capital (NEA), private equity (General Atlantic), AI (Perplexity), RIAs (Wealth Enhancement Group), institutional investors (GIC), asset management (Baillie Gifford), fintech (Brex) and other financial services (Charles Schwab). He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.
