A vibrant atmosphere and engaging discussions marked this year’s Forecast Competition Dinner, hosted by CFA Society Portugal. Members gathered to celebrate the winners of the 2025 year-end forecast challenge in an evening that combined networking, insight, and fun.
The highlight of the night was an inspiring presentation by Pedro Almeida Cruz, CEO of Empathia, who introduced attendees to a fresh perspective on real estate. Empathia is redefining real estate investment by prioritizing people and well-being, blending innovation with a human-centered approach. Pedro’s presentation offered attendees a unique look at how real estate can serve as both an investment and a tool for societal impact.
The evening also celebrated the big winner of the 2025 Forecast Competition: Gonçalo Garcia, CFA. Congratulations on an outstanding achievement!
