CFA Journalism Award

The contest is an initiative of the CFA Society Portugal, which aims to promote the quality of economic and financial information disseminated on all media platforms.
The journalist author of the article or report that, by virtue of its relevance, clarity or content, has contributed the most to:

  • explain and disseminate the relevance and importance of investment professionals to Portuguese society;
  • expand or consolidate financial literacy in Portugal, or whose contribution to ethics in the world of investments and financial markets is the most relevant;
  • promote ethics in the world of investments and financial markets.

Requirements for participation

Participation for the 6th Edition is open

Jury

The jury will be composed of distinguished members of the journalism community in Portugal and members of the CFA Society Portugal.

Winner of the Journalism Award -  5th Edition

The 5th edition of the CFA Society Portugal Journalism Award recognized two outstanding journalists:

🥇 Alberto T. from ECO – “Portugal, Espanha, França e Grécia: só os bancos centrais do Sul lucram”.

🥇 Fábio de Carvalho da Silva from Jornal de Negócios “Tokenização da Economia”.
