Trivium – Accelerating Impact Program is a new initiative by CFA Society Portugal designed to mobilize our community, develop future leaders, and turn intention into impact. We are entering a new phase of ambition: to activate the full potential of our community and cultivate the next generation of leaders.
Opening the evening, Marcos Soares Ribeiro, CFA, who framed the significance of this moment and what Trivium represents for the future of the community. Through the journey shared by Pedro Pinto de Almeida and the work of Teach For Portugal, we were reminded that where we start should never define where we can go and that leadership is, above all, a force for equity and opportunity.
Rina Guerra, CFA unveiled the Trivium program, offering a first glimpse into what lies ahead and highlighting how we will actively foster contributions from our members. In a powerful and immersive session, Rita Carvalho de Matos, from Happiness Business School, took our participants through a journey of reflection, dialogue, and action. From exploring the intersection of skills and impact, to defining meaning, the session continuously challenged each participant to think deeper and contribute with intention.
Inês Ribeiro brought a powerful reminder: visibility fuels connection, and connection drives growth. Because together, we amplify impact, extend our reach, and shape a stronger, more connected community.
