CFA Society San Diego had a decade-long history of offering in-person CFA review courses which were paused during COVID. We are proud to announce the resumption of the in-person CFA review course.
Beginning this fall, CFA Society San Diego with support of StepStone Private Equity and Wiley will offer classes for registered Level I candidates. Classes will start in early September and lead up to the November test window. Classes will be held on premises at StepStone and be taught by Chris Girand, CFA.
Once you have registered for the review course you will have the opportunity to purchase Wiley’s CFA Level I Gold Course at a discounted rate of $50. For more information - click here! Instructions on how to purchase the Wiley course will be included in the registration confirmation.

FAQ:
Q: Will there be Level 2 or Level 3 classes?
Answer: Not at this time.
Q: Will you offer the classes prior to other test windows?
Answer: This is something we are considering for 2024 depending on enrollment.
Q: Can I miss a class and get a prorated amount?
Answer: No. Unfortunately, we are a volunteer organization and have to make the class payment and structure as simple as possible.
Q: If I signup for the class and realize the CFA designation is not for me, may I get a refund?
Answer: A full refund for the class is available if you cancel prior to September 6th. After that, there are no refunds.
Q: I am not registered for the November window, can I still take the review class?
Answer: Yes, so long as you are currently registered for a CFA L1 exam, you may take the class.
Q: What is provided by Wiley?
Answer: Wiley is providing their "Gold" package, a $995 retail value for discounted rate of $50.
Q: Is purchasing the Wiley material required to take the class?
Answer: No but this is the material that will be used for the course. A substantial discount has been negotiated.
