Professional Mentorship Program

Our 2026 program has been revamped!
Each year, 60-80 people in our region pass Level 3 and receive their CFA Charterholder Designation. These are the people who have made a commitment to professional excellence and ethics, and who one day will lead our investment community. Many of them are looking for someone willing to offer advice and be a sounding board on topics like:
  • How to set goals for your next career steps
  • Navigating a career transition
  • Work/life balance
  • Management and leadership roles
New CFA Charterholders can benefit greatly from professional mentoring. That mentor just might be you. Give back this year by getting to know a young professional. Share your knowledge and experience in a meaningful way that helps shape the future of our industry.

Who should apply?
