Registration terms and conditions
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Te Awa Forrest, [email protected] in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $150 will be made providing notification is received by Tuesday 4 November 2025. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Accommodation cancellations within one month of the conference, will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel. All terms and conditions for hotel bookings are noted in the online registration process. For any changes please email Sarah Scott, [email protected].
Conditions
CFA Society New Zealand and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation, and personal possessions. Neither CFA Society New Zealand nor Conference Innovators cover individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.
Liability
CFA Society New Zealand and Conference Innovators will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates in the course of the conference. Nor will CFA Society New Zealand and Conference Innovators take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities.
Videography
CFA Society New Zealand employs an official conference videographer. All sessions that are part of the conference will be recorded. CFA Society New Zealand may share these for future use.
Photography
While attending the Conference you may be photographed. By registering for the Conference, you agree to these photographs being used for promotional purposes.
