At a time of rising geoeconomic risk, rapid investment industry evolution and multi-generational technological change, we need our best brainpower available. To address this imperative, CFA Institute has chosen to focus our second Thrive conference on the implications for human capital.  How do we create effective working environments, help our brains flourish and boost group thinking while navigating the necessary discomfort of productive disagreement? How do we build teams, help them to collaborate and communicate effectively for innovative problem solving? What is the role of artificial intelligence (AI) and agentic AI in investment and how do we embed the ethical, investment expert "human in the loop"?
