The leadership team at CFA Institute and societies across the APAC region gathered at the 2023 CFA Society Leadership Conference (SLC) in Bangkok, Thailand. The theme of this year's conference was “Building Community for Impact and Influence”. The topics of conversation include how CFA Institute and the society network can together improve the local and global member experience by creating a modern, more interconnected and sustainable global community of investment professionals.
Representatives of CFA Society Pakistan at the conference included Mr. Tahir Saeed, CFA, Vice President, CFA Society Pakistan; Mr. Raza Jafri, CFA, Director, CFA Society Pakistan and Ms. Sarwat Ahson, Executive Director, CFA Society Pakistan.
Mr. Raza Jafri received the award for "Volunteer of the Year APAC Region" by Ms. Margaret Franklin, CFA, President & CEO, CFA Institute at the conference.
