In 2024, Fidelidade joined forces with the CFA Institute and CFA Society Portugal to launch a groundbreaking financial training program for its employees. This dynamic 9-month journey, designed and delivered by CFA Society Portugal members, brings the highly regarded Investment Foundations curriculum to life.
The first edition kicked off in May 2024 with around 50 Fidelidade professionals eager to sharpen their financial knowledge. At the end of the program, participants can take the Investment Foundations exam and earn their official certification.
Building on this success, the second edition is already underway in 2025, empowering another 25 Fidelidade talents to expand their expertise and raise the bar in financial excellence!
