CFA Society South Africa invites all Regular members to view the 2024/2025 Annual Meeting of Members taking place on Wednesday, 3 December 2025 from 9h00 to 10h00.
Members are invited to join us for the Annual Meeting of Members online as we take the opportunity to present the Society’s 2024/2025 efforts and celebrate its success, review its challenges and share in future commitments.

Pre-Voting for the 2025 CFA Society South Africa Annual Meeting of Members is now open. Please scan the QR code below to pre vote.
Members who did not wish to exercise proxy votes, will be able to cast their votes online using the pre-voting link above, during the AMM proceedings. Voting will close once the last resolution is presented to members.
PROXIES
A Regular member is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend online, participate in and vote at the meeting in the place of the member. A proxy does not need to be a member of the Society.
Please send through the completed proxy form to [email protected] on or before 12:00, 2 December 2025.
Results of all proposed resolutions will be made available during the AMM.
