The Collaborative WIM Initiative is modeled after the CFA Institute Women In Investment (WIM) Initiative.

CFA societies and FPA chapters around the country have joined efforts to further our shared goals of inclusion and diversity in capitalism.

In this installment of An Honest Conversation, we are honored to welcome Marcia Page for a candid, moderated fireside chat exploring the pivotal moments, decisions, and instincts that shaped her career as an investor, leader, and founder.
Marcia will share the moments that changed her trajectory: when she realized she was capable of more, how she learned to trust herself before certainty existed, and what it really takes to step into risk.
Designed for professionals navigating careers in finance and investing, this session offers perspective, clarity, and reassurance for anyone questioning whether their path has to be linear to be successful.

What You’ll Gain
  • Confidence to trust your instincts even when the next step isn’t obvious
  • A healthier perspective on risk and how it evolves over time
  • Insight into starting again after success and why reinvention can be powerful
  • Real examples of leadership growth shaped by experience, not perfection
  • Permission to step off a narrow path and define success on your own terms
If you’re navigating growth, change, or uncertainty — this conversation is for you.
Ask questions and get valuable feedback in this live and interactive session with Page, moderated by Nancy Vailakis, Principal of Ancram IRBD.
You are encouraged to invite your colleagues for this complimentary event.
