CFA Society Spain is governed by a Board of 8 Regular members who are elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting. The Board is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Society, act as trustees and have legal responsibilities to ensure that the Society is well-run, financially sound and that it meets its aims and objectives.
